Our goal is to make this as easy, effective, and affordable for you as possible. To that end, we will ask you to perform an initial checklist of pre-treatment tasks for the infested area(s) that is designed to make sure that full extermination has its best chance for success (because we love you, but we only want to treat you once!)

per room treated, up to a maximum of 600sqft per room. Please note, if multiple rooms are located close enough together, we can treat multiple rooms at once (to a maximum of 600 sqft), for a single charge of $800.
As noted on our homepage, we are willing to offer a discount to people who are Disabled, or are recipients of Medicare or Medicaid. Available upon request.
Quality is what we strive for
Once we verify that all tasks on your checklist were completed as directed, and the bedbugs do still return within 18 months – then we will treat that area again – FOR FREE.
Service Region
Because we are still a small company (with your help, that’ll change), if you live outside of a 25 mile radius of the 70518 zip code, we will have to charge an additional service fee of $2.00/mile – if you live inside of 25 miles of 70518, then good news – the additional mileage fee is waived!
For single rooms or areas that are larger than 600sqft (or if the ceilings are taller than 10 ft), pricing is subject to quote-only. Areas that large are a bit complicated. But please, feel free to ask; we can still do it, and we’ll take it easy on you.
